In Spring 2020, I joined the teaching staff of UC Berkeley's introductory electrical engineering course. Despite the transition to online learning mid-semester, we were able to achieve all the learning objectives of the course by adapting our coursework. In particular, I recommended a transition from our physical lab hardware to learning the basics of a circuit simulator (SPICE). Additionally, another TA and I were able to reintroduce the Texas Instruments Challenge, where students used their lab hardware to design robots to complete fun tasks, like completing a maze.
